- Set an approval limit for repairs while you're away
- Decide who handles storm clean-outs

While you're away
Every visit ends with a report: readings, tasks and photos where offered. Exceptions, like an equipment problem or storm damage, are flagged to you and your contacts.
Coordinating across Uniform
Uniform Home Watch checks the rest of the property. With your permission, pool and home watch reports go to the same contacts, and extra work is approved only by you or someone you name.
